Shipping Information

We have warehouse in the United States / Hong Kong / China / Germany, and some packages will be sent through local Amazon warehouse.

We offer free shipping to most countries in the world. Your items will be shipped from the nearest facility that stocks the item you ordered.
Please allow up to 5-14 business hours to process your order.
Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days once your order has been processed. We do NOT ship to P.O. Box.

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

We provide standard free shipping and DHL/FedEx/USPS Express shipping.

*• Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may be delayed.

• Delivery to PO Boxes is not available (although it can be used for billing addresses).

• Deliveries to APO/FPO addresses are sent via AIR REGISTERED MAIL Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

Note: Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, our couriers may experience delays in shipping and updating of information due to the restriction of shipping lines. Important medical supplies such as masks and medical equipments are being prioritized for shipment during this period. Please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for your order to be delivered after it has been processed. Please be assured that we will monitor all orders until they reach you smoothly. Custom Duties and Taxes

In most cases, customs fees do not apply. In some rare cases (Like EU orders*), you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers). Unfortunately, Trendolla has no control over these charges, and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as custom policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

**EU orders: Please note that all orders entering European countries after Brexit are now subject to customs and duty charges.


Returns & Exchanges Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to exchange or refund. Simply submit a request for return/exchange on the contact us page, and we will try our best to meet your request.

Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

Need a different size, color, or pattern? Have a hassle-free exchange as long as it is in stock.

Fast Refund:

Send the returned purchase to our return center. We will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week.

-Purchase can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the receipt date.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

-Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all the original labels, ensure that all articles in the package are intact. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Order Cancellation

Your order will be fully refunded if it’s canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please visit our Contact Us page: if you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled 24 hours after purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the order shave already been shipped.

Usually, we will process your order within 1-2 working days. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.
You will receive your order in 3-9 business days from the date that it is shipped.
