Trendolla offers a standard 1-Year Warranty from the date of shipping covering basic manufacturing defects including moving parts, plating, adhesives, ropes and leathers, and stones and setting on jewelry on most products purchased directly from Trendolla or from authorized resellers.
Trendolla's 1-Year Warranty does not cover the following:
Lost items or parts including stones.
Physical damage or damage due to normal wear and tear, including stretching.
Plating degradation due to exposure to oils, perfumes, soaps or other external elements.
Sample sale, off-price, or mark down items.
A copy of the purchase receipt is required as proof of purchase and to validate this warranty.
Within 30 days of Shipping: Trendolla will offer a one-time replacement of these products.
After 30 days of Shipping or items that are monogrammed, customized, or final sale: Please contact Trendolla Support for assistance with your warranty repair or exchange.
We ask customers who purchase from authorized retailers to please utilize the retailer's return policy prior to contacting Trendolla.

Trendolla 14k, 18k Solid Gold and Pave Fine Jewelry is protected under a lifetime warranty regardless of where it was purchased, under the terms and conditions of this warranty.
This warranty covers stones and settings.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or lost items.
All 14k,18k Solid Gold and Pave Fine Jewelry must be sent into Trendolla for repair.
We do not offer replacement items.
Any 14k Solid Gold and Pave Fine Jewelry warranty repairs include free Next Day Air shipping.

Since Covid-19 happened. From 2021 Trendolla Jewelry is strictly an online retailer. In order to eliminate the extra costs associated with physical storefronts (rent, insurance, staff), we currently only have online business.

Trendolla Jewelry has warehouses in USA, Hong Kong and China. Your items will be shipped from the nearest facility that stocks the item you ordered.

What Is Your Shipping Policy？
We have warehouse in the United States / Hong Kong / China / Germany, and some packages will be sent through Amazon.
We offer free shipping to most countries in the world. Your items will be shipped from the nearest facility that stocks the item you ordered.
Please allow up to 5-14 business hours to process your order.
Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days once your order has been processed. We do not ship to P.O. Box.
Please note we do not fulfil orders that contain a pre-ordered item and will only be fulfilled once the item is back in stock.
What Is Your Return Policy?

Please note that each fridge return will incur a $10 restocking fee and the shipping fees on any returns are

What items can’t be returned?
1.Personalized items with “engravings”, such as rings, necklaces and bracelets, are non-refundable.
2.Special order items such as those with custom sizes and colors are not refundable.
3.Items that have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
4.Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.
What materials are your products made from?
Our jewelry is made of 925 sterling silver. Silver is a precious metal, like gold and platinum. 100% water neutral. 100% carbon neutral. Trendolla jewelry uses a premium anti-tarnish sterling silver for all silver products. Sterling silver jewelry is stamped with 925 to indicate the metal type.

All the Trendolla jewelry Are Limited Warranty covers your product against manufacturing defects for one year from the date you bought them, provided that the product is used in a home environment.
